Starting this month we will introduce late payment fees on open invoices and if you received a payment plan we are introducing late fees and interest rates this month.
Currently, phones and services have been shut off due late plans or unplanned invoices.
We are Otaku Computer Guys! LLC understands times are tough, but we have bills to pay and he has to let services be turned off to pay other bills.
Open Invoices:
There will be a $75 additional late fee added every 30 days. Going forward we will send out Estimates for work, these estimates must be approved, once approved they will be converted to an invoice and a down payment will be paid for work to be started.
Payment Plans:
We offer these to our clients and shop customers, if you can’t pay right away. A down Payment must be paid to get the work started and you will now have to adhere to the payment schedule and be on-time, we will allow a 10 grace period, if payment is not reached but the due date and then we will pay a $75 late fee, plus 3.0% rate on the remaining balance.
Onsite Visit
(If you have one of our monthly Service and Support Subscriptions or our MSP Subscriptions these Charges do not apply)
Onsite technicians, will charge for the follow:
Outer Boroughs: Labor $120.99 (for first 2 hours and then $48.99 Per hour after the Two hours is up.)
Manhattan: Labor $240.99 (for first 2 hours and then $48.99 Per hour after the Two hours is up.)
Uber/Lyft: If the technician needs to take a cab the bill will include charges.
Personal Car: Gas, tolls, and Mileage charges will add to the bill.
